Are people really that desperate to use the old MSN user interface that they would trust a random website?

Why would people even want a working XP client???

The world has moved on - Whatsapp, Discord, Facebook messenger etc are all things now.

Been replaced now, would be nice for nostalgia but I can't see everyone moving off Discord / Steam / Skype etc

It’s not about people moving away from new services. It’s about what people used back in the day before all of this.

You don’t have to trust it but I’ve spoke to some of the guys involved in it.

Windows Messenger 1.0 to 4.7 was extremely insecure and hey exercise this caution that passwords are stored with 0 encryption.

It’s for fun not to use as a day to day thing. It does work and I can prove it. I have monitored all out going traffic and the servers are hosted with Google at the moment over in Vancuver.
