There is a catch though, I won't accumulate NCB I can use elsewhere. Will effectively get 'in house' NCB, but not that I could transfer to another vehicle. Oh well.
Still, my insurance is not final and I have a few other places to check up

Yup! I could get insured on a Dolomite Sprint at 17 with 0NCB for £1200. Thats with NUD.
