I have a company that is having issuses sending emails to us and I am trying to figure out where the problem lies. They are based in Italy and when they email us it gets bounced back to them with an error code 5.0.0 and using my elite translating skillz of the italian error code it say "The connection to your Host failed"
I have checked our mail logs and can't see anything from them even hitting our mailserver.
Any ideas?
