Need help - installing a case fan

Just bought an Akasa 80mm case fan with 3 pin connector to attach to the rear of the PC case. Which way does the side with the sticky label face. Does it face towards the front of the computer or the back of the computer?

Sticky label will probably face the back. Just plug it in and hold it in your hand. You want the air going backwards, out of the back of your case, so feel the airflow and note which way its going. Then switch off, unplug, and connect it all up to the case.

On most fans if you look closely you should see a small embossed arrow facing the direction of the fans airflow.

Easiest way I find is to place the side with the 'struts' (for want of a better word) facing in the direction I want the exhaust to flow. The sticker method is also usually correct.
