ok, going to get a tattoo, but i cant seem to find the right font, i dont know what font i want but all the ones i've seen just dont seem right, when i see one that i like the look of ill be happy

now the tattoo, will be on my shin, going down the side, with the date (in roman numerals obviously) :

    XXVIII - XII - MCMLXXXVII

i want it looking very roman-esque, kinda tall and not too long (dont wanting it stretching from my knee to my ankle) in bold and basically set out like it is there

can anyone perhaps give me some suggestions/images of what it could look like :)

    XXVII - XXI - MCMLXXVII = 28 - 12- 1987

    are you sure?

    XXVII
    10+10+5+1+1 = 27

    XXI
    10+10+1 = 21

    MCMLXXVII
    1000+900+50+10+19+5+1+1 = 1977

I wont admit to being an expert on roman numeral but i thought thats how you work them out

i had a look at it, but, it just doesnt seem right.

i think it would look alright if it was stretched to make the letters taller, but i cant get it like that in word lol so i cant really see how it would look

A breif word on tattoo's. I had my idea for 2 years its not something you want to just 'get'. I like your idea though!
