Ok so I'm quite new to PC building and I bought a prebuild (it's custom second hand I just didn't build it myself) and I have thermaltake case fans that I'm trying to change the rgb colour of. I have downloaded the software and it says Could not find fan controller make sure fan controller is connected error H_0x0001. I have searched and it says I need to connect the usb 2.0 header but I have no idea what this is or how to do that. I have a Z390UD mobo and i9 9900k unlocked cpu. I can list any of the specs but I don't know exactly what model the case fans are or what model the case is. Please help

The USB header will be one of the sockets on the motherboard, the manual will tell you which ones.

You're going to need to supply more information. Can't you look at the case manufacturer's website and work out what you've got?
