Need some ideas

Can someone tell me please if this cpu is sse3 fully powered ? the term dual core also means that present and future 64 bit os can be installed with it ? and last question, whats a good board for this chip ?

It will have sse3, all prescotts do.
Dual core is completely unrelated to 64bit, however i'm pretty sure all dual core cpu's except core duo have 64bit extensions.

Why have you chosen that chip?
If you could stretch to the X2 3800+ you would see significant performance improvements.
