    Hi chaps.

I've browsed, read, and digested the forums appertaining to this, but it just won't work for me.

I've downloaded the UXtheme multi-patcher, run and re-booted.

Have downloaded a theme from deviantart, extracted into the windows/resources/themes folder - but nothing happens.

On the display properties tab, it won't appreciate it exists.

Any ideas? I don't know where it's going wrong

try double clicking the .msstyles file within the themes folder to apply it....

    \windows\resources\themes\THEME NAME\THEME NAME.msstyles

    :)

well it seems your uxtheme.dll has not been patched properly. try running the patcher in safe mode. :)
