New build budget £600-700

Hi all,
Friend is looking for a new PC for his uni course (product design, so will be CAD, etc). It has to be Nvidia graphics due to some of the software he needs to use. Budget is ideally £600. Absolute max is £700.

Some of the requirements:
- Minimum 10GB RAM
- Nvidia gfx card
- HDMI Display support
- Preferably Ethernet port
- Mind is set on Samsung 850 Pro SSD (256 GB)
- Win10
- No need for mouse/board/monitor

I thought this would be a great build apart from it's AMD. Other than that need the case, PSU, motherboard, CPU, RAM, graphics. Preferably OcUK would do the build too

Get that. That's fine. Swap the powersupply for something that won't explode, swap the GPU for a GTX 1060. The necessity of the aftermarket cooler for a locked CPU is questionable unless it will be run in a room that is hotter than 22 degrees celsius.
