Hi there so i am looking for my first build around £1300-1600. I have been advised to stick with i5 or ideally i7 also i want the 1070 or higher. Any help is appreciated.

sound like you've got a 144hz 1080p screen on 60hz 1440p? if you havent for a gtx 1070 and above GPU, recommend you get one if not stick with gtx 1060!
second spec, can add a £200 non G-sync 1080p 144hz screen to bring to £1600 all in​

wouldnt personally touch their dual card at all, reference design but made with cheaper part and poor cooler, specially for only a 2 year warranty. their Jet and Game models on the other hand are solid performers
