Hi everyone,

first post I’ve been wanting to build a pc for a while but unsure of what parts to get and would appreciate some help. I would like to have a 3070 but I guess that’s a dream at the moment and looking at a 6 core ryzen CPU but other than that I have no clue. Any recommendations appreciated. My budget is like £1500

You can get a 3070 in a pre built machine within budget with a 6 core intel cpu.
16gb memory, 1 tb m2 drive drop Windows and install it yourself and get Overclockers to put in a decent psu like the cordair rm.

PSU bundled with that built is such cheapo that definitely wouldn't trust it especially with transient draw of modern higher end GPUs.
750w Phanteks AMP would be now in £95 discount.

Even 650W model would be far more trustworthy.

And stock coolers are sized for playing MS Word.
£22 Arctic Freezer 34 would be bang per buck choise.

Brilliant I’ll look into those options. Would the I5 bottleneck the system? I am very new to PC components.
The 10400f is very good cpu, most modern cpu wont bottleneck the system especially having 6 cores. There are better cpu's that will give you a few more fps but budget is key .

While arctic 34 is a good cooler it will look ugly in that system there is an optio to add a rgb cooler in the build but its not as good.

The arctic e34 sport is a very good option ay £30 and looks nice which for some assetics is important .

Use the quote button at the bottom of my post and we will get a notification if you respond.
