    Smiffy, good choices
I would go for the 850 watt version psu as you are going for max overclock.

The heatsink is old and not up to the heat of a 920 at stock so look for something like

UPdate the cooler is ok, I was looking at the wrong review, my bad, I would still change it to one of those. The Prolimatech Megahalems has the best temps in any review i've seen

Cobblers - The Noctua is perfectly good cooler. Probably second only to the Megahelms you linked to. Certainly it keeps mine below 80C at 3.8Ghz.

    The rest looks AOK !
    What case ?

Antec's 300 is a great little case tho for an i7 rig you might want to go up town a bit:)
