I am thinking about getting an S3 *** plate as on a T plate it does show its age.

Yes, do it, makes a huge difference. Get the plates made up by your local Audi dealer as well, keeping it nice, clean and OEM. It'll look good.

Also, as I said, get the facelift S3 badge!

I know, its silly really. I dont understand why they cant move them over to chain. I still dont like the idea of engines running on rubber belts :p

Can't really fault the car choice can I? Hehe. Hope you enjoy it! It looks like you have one of the early ones that didn't come with ESP? Still, bargain price though!

No idea, I didn't attempt to race him.

Providing it was a manual 2.0TDI with no engine mods then I'd have a fair advantage from standstill I would imagine.

Nah, plates like M3, M5 ETF and other crap look tacky imo, better something like HUI 978 or another plate of that type albiet slightly more expensive.
