Age 20, 0 NCB, Pass Plus, Unmodified Fiat Cinquecento Sporting 1108cc, Norwich Union = £620 tpft own policy :) .

Age 21, 1 NCB, Pass Plus, Modified Fiat Cinq 1108cc, Admiral = £580 tpft own policy with hire car cover

28, 0NCB (hello not insuring a car for 3 years), Mondeo SI, SE15 postcode (yup, that's peckham), behind gates and under video 24/7 ~£600fc with elephant...
If you swap that for my folks postcode (middle of the sticks in Warwickshire, driveway parking) you get down to ~£300...
Postcodes do make all the difference :(

When I took out my first insurance in my name last July I paid just over £1800 on a 10 month bonus accelerator for TPF&T. Thats on a 1998 1.8 Civic VTI, group 15, 3 points (SP50), License held 1.5 years, 0 NCB.

Come renewal time in May it should drop by £500 odd.
