Fitted a new filter on Friday night, how are these stats? I've never read about what is required.

    ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 8128 kbps 448 kbps
Line Attenuation 13 db 2.5 db
Noise Margin 9 db 27 db

This is my other halfs family's and I know it needs attention, an ADT alarm is causing issues.

    ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 3744 kbps 416 kbps
Line Attenuation 42.0 db 26.5 db
Noise Margin 10.9 db 13.0 db

    Top stats look great!

    Here's mine

    ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 8128 kbps 448 kbps
Line Attenuation 35 db 11 db
Noise Margin 7 db 22 db

I can get 8meg + on most downloads depending on server and time of day :D

Never at home during the day, and work won't give us laptops :( Look after about 2000 servers and they won't give us laptops - FFS!!

As for the second one, got to figure out what the best thing to do is ref the ADT alarm :(

Have you thought about posting on thinkbroadband forums? I've seen a few posts re alarms interfering with ADSL.
