Yet it seems to fluctuate, is it some sort of energy saving thing? The bit above where you move the sliders to increase the speeds show them as normal. Its just a tad confusing.
Yeah loaded some extreme memory profile (or something like that) and it appears to be working.
Something strange but may be entirely normal going on in my CCC.
When I view each GPU under ATI overdrive they show up having odd current values.

Does it turn the second card off then? Mine does the same with power wise as soon as you load a game it goes to the original spec.
Yes, CCC basically disables the second card, and turns the clocks of the first way down when in 2D (Windows) mode. All to save a ton of power.
Thats pretty cool! They use hardly any power when idle too Can't wait to get my second 5770 .
