Need to re-install Windows on a newish machine (one month old) with which I'm experiencing lots of issues. Also want to install Office 365 instead of Microsoft Office which comes with the machine. Have lots of important docs on this laptop and want to back up to an external SSD.
My problem is that the type C ports have stopped functioning and I cannot charge the laptop. At the moment there is about 50% battery left so I want the quickest and best way of doing the above. Can anyone provide some guidance on the best way to do so.
