Hello,

The time has come for me to ditch my Mac and grab myself a gaming laptop! Now I've been looking online and have asked friends what they think is the best to go for however I can't seem to make a decision and was looking for some more insight/opinions.
I'd say I have up to a £2500 budget.
What I want to do :

Play any game.
Stream.
To be able to use editing software like Premiere Pro.
I also need to travel with it to events so I need it to be compact too.

What would be the best options to go for? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!!

For that sort of budget you can some decent laptops.

I would aim for at least a 2070 to make it nice and smooth. 16GB ram minimum ideally 32GB and Storage wise what ever you need but maybe aim for 512GB +. The I7 9TH Gen should be fine with your editing software but I9 would be easily the better choice for editing.

Maybe something like this which is just above but you get the idea in spec :

Another one with the i7 CPU

They are my suggestion but they are at the top end of you budget but they will handle what you need it for.

£2,500 will get you a 144Hz display, desktop CPU, and an RTX 2080.

Don't settle for a 2070, you'll be disappointed.
