Hello all!,

Looking to buy the best laptop I can for £600-£700
This is the one I'm looking at.

ASUS K570ZD-E4069T Laptop, AMD Ryzen 7, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, GeForce GTX 1050, 15.6”, Full HD, Black

It's £649

Is this my best option ?

Or is there something better?

Medion Erazer X6603 Gaming Laptop
  • Quad-Core: Intel Core i5-7300HQ Processor
  • 15.6" Full HD IPS Screen
  • Microsoft Windows 10 Home 64-bit
  • 8GB DDR4 RAM
  • 128GB SSD + 1000GB HDD
  • Dedicated Geforce GTX 1050Ti 4GB Graphics
  • USB3 | HDMI | Bluetooth | VGA
  • Blacklit Keyboard
£699.99

Better CPU and GPU, slightly smaller SSD, and slightly more expensive. I'd suggest worth the extra £50.

Is there anything better I can get from the john Lewis website? Sorry, really should have mentioned that, as I have about £90 worth of vouchers to use there. Thank you for helping so far!

The 15-cx0999na would be a better buy because of the 8th gen i5 processor.

Still stuck with a 1050 but that seems to be normal around that price range.

Would this be any better if I could stretch my budget?
ASUS VivoBook Pro N705UD-GC155T Laptop, Intel Core i7, 8GB, 1TB + 256 SSD, GeForce GTX 1050, 17.3"
Again just in the John Lewis website.

Is this the one advertised on HUKD and reduced from £999?

It caught my eye, but I also noticed this: https://www.johnlewis.com/lenovo-le...-geforce-gtx-1050-15-6-full-hd-black/p3659594

Edit: It was £699 last night, now £899.
