New monitor

Hi guys,

I have turned on my PC today and the screen is green, tested with my PS4 and that is green through a separate HDMI cable. I'm not working at the moment, so, what's the best monitor I can get for about 150? I have nvidia 3D, but don't expect to be able to get a capable one for that price. Over to you! Any recommendations?

What size screen do you want? Is 27" enough?
