New Pc needed-£200

Hi,
I am looking for a new pc and I have been out of the loop for a while.
My mate has given me his old 500w antec and a WD 250gb also a Sony DVD drive so just looking for a CPU,motherboard,ram and a case and also a gfx card if possible.
I will be doing office work,converting movies to DVDs i believe it is encoding??

£200 really isnt a lot, but danielb91 has made a decent setup for it. will you be playing games? if not, then you could run it off the intergrated graphics and get better RAM or something
