New screen - Recommendations? 1440p/4K

Hey people!

I am looking for recommendations for a new screen to go with my 1080ti. I am gaming at 1080p at the moment, however its screaming to be updated. My max spend limit is about 600 quid, pushing 700 quid at least. I have been looking at this screen any comments?

I'd be going for a 1440p/144hz screen with a 1080ti.

Would you prefer:

A TN screen with lower pixel response times (and so is better purely for gaming) but lacks colour accuracy and black levels

or

An IPS screen with higher response times, but creates a much more colour accurate image
