Personally I'd book a separate flight and tailor it yourself. I'd aim to spend longer in NY than in Vegas. Then find some deals for a week or under in NY and a couple of days in Vegas - you can get cheap internal flights, but I'd research it before leaving it till you get there.

I did Las Vegas for 5 days and then San Francisco for 5 days. It was fantastic.

Not to far apart so the travel time was ok from vegas to san fran.

I recommend it.

What about the Grand Canyon? Eating at the strat tower, despite shows being expensive, they are damned good really. Shooting guns? i didnt do much gambling there still found plenty to do, the clubs are well good aswell

I was only there for a week (with work) so didn't leave the city. I guess it is is good place if you have a shed load of money to spend!
