How do I test if I am running usb2?

I think I may not be as I get a pop-up from windows warning me the I am using a hispeed device on a low speed connection.

So my next question is how do I install usb2 drivers?

There does not seem to be anything suitable on the DFI site :

Windows update does not suggest anything useful. I'm running xp pro service pack 2.

    any help much appreciated!

AH HA! It didn't I only had the OpenHCD controller. However there was a usb hub controller with an explanation mark next to it. I right clicked and updated the driver and lo and behold I now have an enhanced controller too.

    Many thanks David
