nissan Serena rad temp sensor help.

I'm trying to find the nissan Serena rad temp sensor, with no luck anyone know where it is, Ive looked on the rad and can't find it, need to change it as the rad fans are not coming on.

Not completely familiar with your particular car, but 99% of the cars I've worked on the fan sensor was not actually in the rad, it was in the thermostat housing, which is where the upper rad hose attatches to the engine. It will be an aluminium "bubble" with the rad hose nipple, between one and several vacuum fittings, and between one and several sensors coming out of it. One of them will be your fan sensor.

I can tell you where the engine coolant temp switch is althoough i dont know if you have a separate fan switch so that info may be no good to you. What year and engine is it?
