Well, after moving ot scarborough, I have found that the local LLUs are atrocious by reputation [AOL, Talk Talk, Orange or Bulldog] and all require an 18 month contact - stuff that.
I'm looking for
Ideally a sub-12month contract at a reasonable price,
Ideally with more than 50gb/month bandwidth [I was easily hitting that when on Demon]
no bloody throttling/"'bandiwdth management" etc - I do a lot of work with open source stuyff these days, and torrents are by far the easiest way to get them. Stuff being screwed because other people use it for nefarious purposes...

I'm currently surviving on my mobiles 3G bluetooth data access, but I need to set up an ubuntu server and as such, need to download a lot of packages to update - over a patchy 3G network, that just isn't going to happen...
Anyone got any suggestions? I was thinking demon as they were quite good, other than the horrific throttling if you go over 50gb. Which was why i changed to Be at my last place. but Be aren't available here....!
