Hello,

I've recently purchased all the bits and bobs I needed to build a new pc from overclockers (will post below), I've built everything as it should be other than used a different case as the one I purchased I underestimated how small it would be(will also post below). Everything switches on, runs, the fans work, the lights all come on and from what I can see nothing is malfunctioning. However there's no picture on the monitor, here is the build I have:

£4.99 x 1 - Arctic Silver 5 Thermal Compound (3.5g)
£54.16 x 1 - Asus H110I Plus Intel H110 (Socket 1151) DDR4 ITX Motherboard
£149.99 x 1 - Intel Core i5-6400 2.70GHz (Skylake) Socket LGA1151 Processor - Retail
£49.99 x 1 - Team Group Elite 8GB (2x4GB) DDR4 PC4-19200C16 2400MHz Dual Channel Kit - Black (TPKD48GM2400HC16DC0
£38.29 x 1 - Seagate BarraCuda 1TB 7200RPM SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache HDD - OEM (ST1000DM010)
£132.49 x 1 - Asus Radeon RX 480 Dual OC 4096MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card
£0.00 x 1 - FREE WITH GX-40X-AS: AMD PROMO: DOOM 2016 PC Game
£83.29 x 1 - Acer KA240HQ 23.6" 1920x1080 TN 1ms Widescreen LED Monitor - Black (UM.UX6EE.B09)

**
£83.29 x 1 - Silverstone Sugo SG05 HTPC Case with 450W Power Supply - All Black ( SST-SG05BB-450 USB 3.0) this was replaced with PHANTOM 410 found here (https://www.nzxt.com/products/phantom-410-white) and a Corsair CX600 PSU found here (http://www.corsair.com/en-gb/cx600-80-plusr-bronze-certified-power-supply)

Here is what I have tried:
-booting with just 1 ram
-booting straight from the motherboard
-connecting monitor with hdmi, vga and dvi
-tried a monitor and a tv
-ive unplugged everything and plugged it back in
-removed the graphics card and placed it back again
-made sure the ram was pushed in properly

I don't know what else to try, please help me I've been eager to get this up and running since thursday but still no luck, what shall I do next?

Check your manual for the CMOS header. This video shows you how to reset this. Make sure you switch off at the plug before doing this. I had a similar problem with a graphics card and this reset solved it.

Are both the CPU and graphics cards fans turning with the RGB lighting working on the GPU?

Yes all fans are turning and the lighting is too on the gpu, I'll try this now and see if it fixes it.

There's no jumper on the mobo so looks like I can't try it.
