So, I was happily receiving queue position updates since launch day. But, I have not received an update in three weeks. I got down to position 89 then the emails stopped. Are the emails still going out? Is the link still active to self locate my queue position?
I know pre-ordering in the UK is now only for UK ... but my pre-order went in before that rule change. Will I still receive my order to the US when available?

Same here, i've had nothing for 3 weeks... i'm currently 52nd for the Gigabyte Eagle OC..

Just to cheer you up a bit, a mate of mine bought the same card as me (TUF non-OC) on launch day, but from you know who, and he still hasn't got it. Instead, he got an email last week to say that because he was so patient that they'd let him buy one of the other 3080s they have but at the current RRP which is £250-300 more than what he paid. The kicker is that of the options he was given, the TUF was on the list....so they have the stock, they're just seeing who will pay them more before they release them. That is proper scummy behaviour! I gave ocuk a lot of flack but they got me my card months ago!

Just to be clear to anyone who hasn't realised...that's not us.

I know the word “fraud” gets thrown around a lot, but this seems to fall within the definition of fraud by false representation. From the CPS website (my additions in brackets):

• made a false representation (your card isn’t in stock, when it is)
• dishonestly (blatant fibbery)
• knowing that the representation was or might be untrue or misleading (offering the card supposedly not in stock)
• with intent to make a gain for himself or another, to cause loss to another or to expose another to risk of loss. (It’s £300 more expensive)

I hope this refers to the above post and not OcUK's queue situation, since we've gone out of our way to clearly represent the situation at every step.

I get the feeling due to lack of ScottIB and Gibbo and even updates that plans are being hatched behind the scenes!
be interesting to watch what comes next.

Scotti i rang a competitor I have a 2nd order n paid in full for and they said if prices are what they are in the supplier market I'm looking at paying 1100 for a strix @ cost how much truth is there in this (3080 strix oc btw) so I'm at least glad your honouring it.

We're trying our best to honour the pricing but continued increases are making it more difficult.

£1100 is pretty decent price for a 3080 Strix OC based on Asus' April price list. They are now more than 30% more expensive for us to buy than they were at launch.

2nd hand 3090 Strix OC just sold on another forum for £2250 easily, so I think £1100 for the 80 you're getting a decent deal in these circumstances.

Scotti, can you or Gibbo give us any update on what OCUK are planning to do for those who purchased GPUs but there isn’t any reasonable likelihood of the order being fulfilled any time soon? I’m slightly above the 100 limit that you advised of previously, but I’m very reluctant to cancel my order.
