Got this Team Force Cardea Zero NVMe PCIe Gen4 drive, performance isn't what was promised.

They say write speeds of 4,400 but I am not even seeing half that.
Using Linux Ubuntu 18.04.3
I have ROG Zenith II Extreme which supports PCIe4 (Gen4) NVMe drives like this.
Any ideas?
