Called today from the o2 store in victoria as my iPhone acreen has cracked under the glass.

£25 excess and I will be getting a brand new 3gs on Monday as my replacement.

Can't complain about that !

Im told that the 16gb 3GS insurance is changing to £15 per month for all new customers shortly.
Apparently even at this extorianant amount there is still no money been made!!?
