occasionaly flickering black lines - dodgy ribbon? replacement?

hi all,

I have a Medion Erazer P6661 and it has just started the odd flickering on the screen - think the ribbon needs replacing. Is this a massive hassle on this laptop does anyone know? Some are soldered in. If possible, has anyone done this before? Any idea on which to buy???

All drivers are up to date.
