No it doesn't checked few reviews, 5600x averages to be 5% faster. Cheaper yes, better value for money quite possible, but faster nope, not even when overclocked.

Have you looked at these reviews? it really doesn't Dg, at best its around a margin of error where the GPU is the bottleneck, where the CPU actually matters the 5600X is significantly faster in games.

The 11600K is a good chip for its money in current market conditions compared with the scalped price of the 5600X, at around the same money or even a little more the 5600X is the better chip.

Oh and hey Dave, you owe me a thousand pounds because the 5600x beats the 11900k in csgo. Time to pay up :D

I have to say at £269 (OCUK) the 11600k isn't a compelling nor good value purchase at all at MSRP of £250 it is a little better, however the 10600K(F) is much better value (not at £218 OCUK), and you lose little to nothing. Saving £70 for 1-2% seems like a no brainer to me, 16GB RAM or over 50% of a good motherboard can be bought for that.

well for value the best gaming cpu is the 10400 its 120 quid.....but... anyways

11600k is what we talking about literally most gaming reviews ive seen its better overall than a 5600x. the thing is look at when i said that and then look at the sigs of the people who posted no it isnt. all amd people. :p

i personally wouldnt get the 11600k. budget gaming would be a intel 10400 then for most avg or even pretty high end a 10700k is more than good enough and pretty much matches anythinh amd wise. for as low as 250 quid when on offer. amd doesnt offer anything competitive in these areas.

You should post these reviews that you are reading, since this is the review thread.

    ATM,the Core i5 10400F and Core i5 11400F are between £120~£150,and the Core i5 10600K has been as low as around £180. Couple those with a reasonable B560 motherboard and fast RAM,and you are spending a similar amount to a Ryzen 5 3600 setup,but having performance between a Ryzen 5 3600 and a Ryzen 5 5600X.

humbug only posts the one victory shot lol. its almost as bad as the csgo benchmark. whats the point of posting one pic of a benchmark when rest of them or most of them its down on the cpu mentioned ?

You clearly didn't watch the videos, the whole thread is once again confused by what you say when they compare it to 'reality'

No, for now i have just skipped through to the benchmarks, other than Steve Burke did some good analysis in the 11600K, i did watch that through, something like 68 Watts for the 5600X vs 142 Watts for the 11600K, absolute madness, i bet the 11900K is over 200 Watts?
