You get used to the endless Rover bashing on this forum. We've had numerous threads slating Rover to the death. Most of the people have never owned/driven a Rover, or have had ONE bad experience and slate the brand like there's no tomorrow.

No idea, becuase I can geniunelly think of no area where a Rover Coupe Turbo would make a Leon Cupra R 'look silly'. It might be marginally quicker in a straight line but certainly not by enough to make it 'look silly'.

Honestly you Rover fanboys don't half come out with some junk, it really doesnt help your cause.

Course it would look silly. A 10 year old rover peeing all over a "performance" car, or so some people think.

Also probably a fraction of the cost of a Leon too, so in all respects I think this would be enough to make it look silly.

Its more than marginally quicker son.

And I dont know why you think I have a "cause" either.

If it were possible for a standard Rover Coupe Turbo to '***' all over a Leon Cupra R, then I would agree with you.

However, this doesn't happen. The performance different is negligable.

Rover Coupe Turbo: 0-60 6.3 seconds, 150mph

So, as you can see, slightly faster, but hardly enough to '***' all over it.

A Leon is hardly a good handling car though from all accounts (never been in one though)
