    Sorry what's the difference between these two C2D Chips? OEM and Retail?

    Intel Core 2 DUO E6400 "LGA775 Alendalle" 2.13GHz (1066FSB) - Retail (CP-127-IN)

    Intel Core 2 DUO E6400 "LGA775 Alendalle" 2.13GHz (1066FSB) - OEM (CP-137-IN)

    the Retail will come with a heatsink and fan and a longer warrenty

    OEM is just the cpu only.

    Thanks for the quick reply, I thought this was the case but in the OcUK notes for theses products they are the same. Thanks guys
