Hey guys.

It's coming up to november and a very Antipodean thing to do on this much celebrated month is Movember. It's for a fantastic cause, that of Prostate Cancer.

What I'd like to do is encourage you lot (those that can grow facial hair) do join in and we can have a nice comparison thread going here - i.e. as your soup strainer, tache, mo, flavor saver, cookie duster grows then you can display it proudly here.

Get your family and friends into it (because lets face it, it's the only way we're going to get some tash love) and join up on the official Movember website - get them to donate if you can - if you can't then just have fun - it all raises awareness for prostate cancer and that can only be a good thing.

Movember website: http://uk.movember.com/
If you can't be bothered but still feel like donating then please throw it my way via my Mospace page: http://uk.movember.com/mospace/15586/

Where does the money go?
All funds raised in the UK through the Movember campaign go directly to The Prostate Cancer Charity, the UK's leading charity working with people affected by prostate cancer.

Remember if it was good for Magnum PI - it'll be good for you!

Saw this advertised around recently... Sounds like a good reason to grow a tache to me :p
Will post results when said tache arrives :p

So lads and laddettes - we're getting closer to the 1st of November - is anyone here up for accepting the challenge of Movember? I'm a little disappointed that you lot aren't a bit more forthcoming on such an important issue.

C'mon you lot even if you can't be bothered to make the effort to grow a soup strainer then at least find a couple of quid as a donation to a great cause!

Still plenty of time. It's the itchyness that scares me, and not to mention when it catches on things like your jacket etc (I'd be growing a full beard). Always makes me wince.
