Ok.. so I got my new Xerox TFT

    OK, so after 5 months of waiting for a replacement XA7-192i monitor (the DVI didn't work from new), it eventually arrives. The good news is the DVI works!! However, I am unsure as to whether this is an 8ms version or not - there was no 8ms sticker on it like there was on my old one, and the box is slightly different (no 192i stickers and no 8ms stickers). Also the ghosting seems to be slightly worse than on the older one.

    Anyone have any advice? This monitor has been a total disaster..

    Try and find a serial number of some sort and check google / their website for details.

    you could have got a full refund cuz the product was faulty when you got it.i wouldnt by a xerox monitor support is bad, plus its a tn panel, lucky i sent mine back got a full refund :)
