I used that on an athlon 1000 and an iwill kk266r, the machine was spare so rather than just dump it in a box I fished out my old alcatel adsl frog modem and made it into a kick ass firewall 
Loved how easy it was to setup and fix if it went wrong.
Somebody on these forums recommended it too me and I forget who it was now, but it was well worth trying it out
EDIT: I even chucked in an old matrox card with composite out and plumbed it into my tv-card so I could see how things were going, mainly if it ever needed wiping and redoing. saved having another monitor cluttering the place up. No doubt there are other ways to do things but that was how i sussed it out lol
