Nahhh, got an Elise now so no turbo anymore, just lots of revs.

Hmmmm, it measures cornering G force, that sounds like fun!!
Cornering G force. Lying Ebay scumbag. No it doesn't. It measures acceleration and deceleration gforce, not lateral. I guess you could put it side on. Plus it wont show you if you mate has more hour power or not. :p

Still, thats the unit I've got. Cost the same too.

Sprint :D

As much fun as you can have with your clothes on, rapid, chuckable, cheap, good laffs :) .....and so much more interesting than everything else. Sounds better too.

Lots of downsides though - so you have to browse carefully and buy even more carefully.. Dirt cheap to insure too.

Go well. When I've finished mine next week you can come out for a spin in it. Probably literally as it's a bit of a beast to drive ....

Oh. RWD too. And no driver aids. At all. In fact, it's pretty much just you, an engine and some wheels :D

Oh and the ladies adore them. Did I mention that?

2 grand will see you a lot of terribly fast, classic motors however. :)

As much fun as you can have with your clothes on? I can imagine they are interesting to drive, but for the summer, nah, i'd rather have the ability to take the roof down tbh. And as for "more interesting", surely that is down to personal preference, as a dolly to me is about as interesting as taking about different models of coaches.

True about the roof, mind you, you can get ones with full length Webastos :) And it's a great place to be in the summer, warm wood, chrome blinding anyone who looks at it and nice reflections in the shop windows. Looks great wearing aviators too :D

Aye, as always, I'll say different strokes for different folks and that don't bother me in the slightest :)

Does it make a difference? On the Morris it sort of makes the speedo wobble more and sometimes it sort of just goes in complete circles! :D

It changes the gear ratio when you switch it on. Makes it longer, so for cruising you would use 4th with OD which if i recall correctly is about the same ratio then as my 5th gear in my Focus. You can only do it in 3rd and 4th standard, but it can be modified so it can be done in all the gears. Just if you engage it in reverse you break is. :(
