ok so i was using omegas 6.3 based drivers on my x1900xtx, just realised that they released the 6.5 based ones, so i have downloaded them, installed them, now everything seems to work fine, but after installing, the new hardware pop up bit in the lower right corner alerted me that there was an unknown device connected and couldnt find the appropriate drivers.

anyone else tryed this and a had something similar happen?

    heres what i'm talking about.

now i really cant be sure but i vaguely remember something poping up after installing the 6.3 based ones, i think it said something about rage theater thingy'ma'bob.
but this is just a guess.

    any ideas anyone

I don't think the Omega drivers include the WDM driver for video capture and stuff like that. You have to get it off the ATI site and that should get rid of the unknown device.

Yeah WDM drivers will sort that out as said above. :)
