Hi,

Hopefully in the new year I'm putting together a low power VT server running two vmware servers (max), I will not be running anything intence on there just simple apps & using it for storage, the spec is: -

Intel Pentium G620T CPU (35watts / S1155)
4 / 8Gb DDR3 RAM

This is where you guys come in, basically I am after some suggestions on a motherboard's that have on-board video & support VT-x.

I wont be building this into a ITX chassis, its all going into a bog standard tower case with a 430w PSU.

Hope someone can help,

ManC

The chip's already got a built in IGP, so all you need is a board that can take advantage of it.

Asus P8H61-I Intel H61, £64.99: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-482-AS&groupid=701&catid=5&subcat=2071

Zotac Z68ITX-A-E Intel Z68, £129.98: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-010-ZT&groupid=701&catid=5&subcat=2071

Zotac Z68ITX-B-E Supreme Intel Z68, £179.98: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-011-ZT&groupid=701&catid=5&subcat=2071

Both Zotac boards also have built in Wifi. The Supreme board's also got an inbuilt 430 if you find the Intel onboard too weak, but for your use you'll won't probably need it.

The CPU should be fine as it supports VT-x. More info on the CPU here: http://ark.intel.com/products/53481/Intel-Pentium-Processor-G620T-(3M-Cache-2_20-GHz)
