I have an iPhone 7+ latest iOS and have one drive installed. The app works well and syncs happily between all my devices.

I however can’t get it to show up in the locations of my iOS files app. The files app only shows iCloud Drive and iPhone content. Subsequently I can’t insert a one drive document into an email.

This link explains my problem nicely but at point 5 ‘one drive’ isn’t an option to select nor can I add a new location or toggle one drive on/off.

    please help!

I have ‘One Drive’ listed as a location in the files app. Are you running the latest version of the app? Maybe try uninstalling and re-installing it?

    Thankyou.

will it harm my existing file structure if I delete and reinstall?

Do you mean your file structure on the OneDrive server? If so, no. Deleting and re-installing the iOS app will have no effect.
