Not the max clock that I can boot into. It's the maxclock I can run superpi at. Going to redo a proper "paint stable" clock when I get my system setup.

The voltage in cpuz is pretty accurate.

The DFI infinity is:
Vcore/overcurrent and vsense modded

Watercooling:
LR cascade, ocpc the deep radiator, Laing D4, waterplant 4" res in a radbox.

Ram is 2X256 Kingston hyper-X PC3200 BH-5 with CPC enabled

EDIT: cpu is 2600+M stepping: AQYHA0346XPMW

Amazingly enough thats with a Jet 7!

Gettin around 41c idle/54 load with the cpu at 2.4ghz, need to reapply some thermal paste though, Must be dusty in there!

Nice temps, is the Jet loud.

Im playing off between overclock and noise on mine. Itll run happily at the higher speed, but i really dont like it going over 55*c under load. I know thats well withing the limits, but seems too high to me. The only way to get it lower is to up the fan speed, which makes it too loud really, expecially when just browsing :(

Ah what case is that in?

Ive got an sp97 and 92mm ystech, run the 92 full pelt most of the time as its not on a controller. Air flow in this case (CM201) is a little dissapointing tbh. 3*80mm fans :(

what temps r u getting with yours?

My barton is on a KT600.

its a fairly cheapo case, but looks good in a aluminium looking front, have stealthed the cd drives too and have no floppy.

4 x 80mm fans blowing in at the front.
1 x 80mm fan at the side blowing in
1 x 80mm fan blowing in from the top
2 x 80mm fans at the rear blowing out

artic cooler on gpu

bit overkill really!

On an NF7S v2, at 2.2 i get 40 idle, 48 load, if i knock it up to 2.5 i get about 50 idle, 58 load. I want to get it higher but the temps just seem to rocket.

I may swap my 201 (which ive only had for about 3 weeks and is a lovely case) for a Lian Li v1000, 120mms fans, should give me decent performance when i put them full up for gaming, then quietness for browsing. :)

Edit: On my CM i have 2*80mm ins, and 1*80mm exhaust, plus the PSU exhaust.

Oh and i also have an artic cooler on the gfx card.

Yep. I keep being tempted by a custom water cooling set up, but £200 for an extra few hundred MHz, id rather stay at 3200+ speeds with nice temps than 2.5ghz and have to lay out loads on cooling tbh.

Will be VERY interested to hear how you get on with the MAX3 mate... ;) I've been brave enough to set Vcore to 1.7125V with my Prescott, but didn't really help - wouldn't boot XP... BSOD!
