Just saw this:
Made me smile a little, just thought I would share it with the rest of you geeks
I see stuff like that all the time, but I wouldn't dare point it out or else my girlfriend would dump me.
edit: iCraig i'd still point it out if it was me, nothing wrong with being a geek
I have no idea what that means. You bunch of geeks
....seriously I dont, what does it mean, I want to be with the in crowd
Err - whats the joke?
I am very old.
& is HTML for putting an ampersand ( & ) charachter in text, obviously its been converted literally from HTML somewhere along the line.
don't worry you're not missing anything. :/
I don't understand either..
Terry Wogan wasn't even on next! HAHAHA loosers!!!
Most broadcasters are now using XML or HTML-based technology. Even MHEG5 (Freeview digital teletext) is based on it (yes, I know this because I've seen similar goofs).
Second time I've spit my tea on the floor tonight
I'll be very surprised if he didn't do that on purpose
*Feels at home*
At least you didn't post one of the many variations of your face in front of the 'pc technology' powerpoint presentation again.
p.s anyone not sure what & is, it means the ampersand '&' command in a different html encoding thing that it hasnt recognised.
Well done on reading the thread
