Open Chrome/Firefox/Edge on Windows 10 in Mobile View

Gents,
Does anyone know how to default any of the above to open directly into an emulated mobile view?

I know I can do it manually via developer tools in each browser, but I am trying to write a script to automatically open one of the above, run a few searches in a desktop view, then run a few searches in a mobile view.

I've got the desktop view searches working, but stumbling on how to get a browser to open directly into a mobile view.

There are a few extensions on Chrome that claim to do what you need, I'd have a look there.
