Outlook only printing headers

I'm trying to print some emails off but it will only print headers, i've logged on to our webmail system and its doing the same thing so i assume its a local setting on my computer but i can't figure/find out how to sort it out.

Has anyone come across this before? Any solutions?

Its oulook 2003 if that makes any difference.

I've spotted a couple things on google about an option in the print setup that lets you select "print header information only" but i can't see it.

Really could do with a hand on this on
