Running Windows MCE Outlook set up with receipt of emails from 4 accounts. When email is received there seems to be an unusual delay in seeing the message in the Inbox and being able to actually access it. also use rules to forward to particular folder - when email first received it appears in Inbox...cant access it of course...and then it is finally automatically moved to particular folder... seems slow to me - previously used outlook express on another PC - no problems this is a brand new PC I built with Athlon 4400+ and 2Gb corsair memory etc....do I need to configure something in Outlook....???
Turn the distribution rules off to start with and see whether Outlook still takes time to display them in the preview pane ( I am guessing this is what you mean?)
