Hi, i would like to have some help on overclocking my core i7 920 to the fastest speed possible also these are the specs i have which i hope these will help you to assist me.

here are all the options i use at the moment which seems to be the best and power i got so far on my own. i have had it at 4 ghz but it keep getting error 124 but i thought it best to go up in steps i.e to 3.4, 3.6, 3.8 ghz etc.... cheers
