I have had a play but to be honest could do with some help

my systems is as follows:

CPU: Intel i9-10900K
GPU: RTX 3090
Mobo: Asus ROG Strix Z490 mATX gaming
Ram: Corsair Vengance RGB 3000, 16mb
Storage: 2 x M.2
Case: Lian Li 011 Dynamic (Not xl)
Cooling: CPU - Fractal Design 360 AIO exhausting out, GPU - Water Loop on 360 rad drawing in. Case 3 120mm fans drawing in.

This is a gaming PC which I use for Sim Racing, titles such as RFactor 2, Automobilista 2, Project Cars 2 etc

I don't want to be greedy, 5GHZ would be nice.

Do I OC on all cores?

What setting should I use?

I appreciate lower vcore is important to keep the heat down.

So any advice wold be welcome including setting or you may know of a trusted YouTube video I should watch

Thanks

Does your Asus board tell you the ‘sp’ of your cpu?

If it’s over 90 should be good! 102 should hit 5.2ghz with 1.3vcore easy

Start off with 50 core and 47 uncore. Vcore 1.3v with llc5. Test with prime 95 small non avx. If stable for an hour, add 100mhz. Keeping adding voltage and frequency until you can no longer cool it and scale down to next stable step. Dedicate at least a day to tuning this. Use avx offset 0.

whatever you land at as stable, add 30mv overhead to cover for avx hits in day to day usage.

use static/fixed vcore.

When you want to learn about memory beyond xmp, start here: https://github.com/integralfx/MemTestHelper/blob/master/DDR4 OC Guide.md

RAM is a bad choice at 3000MT/s. RAM that can overclock past 4000MT/s is best with good timings. 8-pack ripped 3600MT/s cl14 should do this fine. With that RAM you should be able to do 4200MT/s CL16-16-16-32-CR2 very easy. Net you 42.5ns latency.
