I've read plenty of guides but i'm still a little hazey on the whole overclocking thing. I've changed some bits around in my bios to give this

Not to sure what all of it means

I haven't properly tested stability but I ran prime95 for a couple of hours and played some games without any trouble.

What should I try next?

Help would be appreciated :)

Just keep slowly upping the htt and test for stability. If it becomes unstable then slightly up the voltage/vcore in the bios and test again, if stable then back to upping the htt and so on till you find the max it will go with the most amount of volts you're happy to put through it. It takes 1.56v to get my 3700 stable at 2.9gig.
Just keep an eye on the cpu temps!!
