I am using an AMD Phenom x4 9650 with a Biostar TA760GM2+ and want to overclock so I can edit video better. I am brand new to overclocking but I know the basics. What I want to know is by how much, I will be getting an Arctic Cooling Freezer Xtreme, I want to be able to run it stable and coo, so what clock speed?

The other thing is how? I don't really want to use the BIOS or over-volt, I have the Biostar Overclock Utility which also allows me to test, and if it becomes unstable it will reboot with normal settings.

So I will leave the question to you experts- what do you say?
